Our Approach
One of our goals this year was to replicate our approach across 5 community schools to increase access to life skills education for more learners in our community.
We held a Training of Trainers for 23 teachers from 5 community schools on implementing the skills toolkit into their school programs.
Through this, we have impacted over 1,000 learners by equipping them with the skills they need to succeed in life.
Replicating Our Approach
At Little Dreamers, Our unique approach focuses on implementing the classic curriculum augmented by the Life Skills Education.
In 2020, we partnered with Regis University (a US University in Boulder -Colorado) and co-designed a Skills Development toolkit/curriculum as a standard for implementation of life skills. We have built an approach of transforming the primary education experience for children 3-12 years providing an opportunity for children to build and master their skills setting them on the path of championing change in their respective communities.
This approach is replicable making lifelong learning a reality across communities.

Little Dreamer’s holistic education approach enhances our children’s ability to succeed during and after their school years.
As part of the Life Skills Development curriculum, learners participate in experiential learning to increase their competencies and awareness about community challenges to enable the build the skills and abilities to take leadership to solve the same.
These young children have the opportunity to have an experiential education focused on building their skills and abilities preparing them for successful futures, an experience not accessible across the country.
“My dream is to become a police officer. I am happy about the skills and quality of education I am getting at from Little Dreamers”.
